Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MAI-Cards and any related services provided by RYS AI ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

MAI-Cards is an AI-powered personal memory application that allows users to capture fragments of daily life (voice, text, images) and have them automatically structured into searchable memory cards. The service includes AI processing for structuring, tagging, and enabling natural-language recall of saved content.

Account Registration

To use MAI-Cards, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to MAI-Cards, including voice recordings, text, images, and any other materials. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes any third-party rights
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to store illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it
• Use automated systems to access the service without our express permission
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

AI Processing

MAI-Cards uses artificial intelligence to process, structure, and organize your content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries, tags, and structures may not always be perfect. You acknowledge that AI processing is provided on an "as-is" basis and may occasionally produce inaccurate results. We do not use your personal content to train our AI models.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of MAI-Cards may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (e.g., Apple App Store).

Intellectual Property

The MAI-Cards application, including its design, code, AI models, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of RYS AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our explicit written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RYS AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
