AI Processing

MAI-Cards uses artificial intelligence to structure, tag, and enable recall of your saved memories. Your content may be processed by third-party AI service providers (such as large language model APIs) solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you. We do not use your personal memory content to train AI models. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Data Storage and Security

Your memory cards and account data are stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or memory content.
